Sanctions screening in Italy

From 10 July 2027, Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 applies directly in every Member State. The EU consolidated sanctions list already binds Italy today.

Who supervises

• Unità di Informazione Finanziaria per l'Italia (UIF) — Financial intelligence unit
• Comitato di Sicurezza Finanziaria (CSF) — Decides on the implementation of EU and UN asset freezes and exemptions, and proposes designations to international bodies

Italy publishes no separate national list and applies the EU list directly.
