What this service does

This service compares a name you enter against the public official sanctions lists named on the Sources and licences page, and produces a record of that comparison.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. The lists behind it are refreshed daily; they are snapshots, not live queries against the publishing authorities.

Not advice

Nothing on this service is legal, compliance, tax or professional advice, and using it does not create any relationship of adviser and client.

Your responsibility

You decide what a result means and what to do about it. You must verify any result against the official sources, which are linked from the record, and you remain responsible for your own obligations under applicable law.

Acceptable use

This service is for one person or firm screening their own counterparties. Automated bulk extraction, reselling the results, and attempting to rebuild the underlying lists from this service are all prohibited.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this service, including any regulatory consequence.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw this service at any time, without notice.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
